Staff was rude at check in. My initial room assignment was malodorous. I reported this to the front desk and asked for a room change. They said to my face I was wrong and the room didn’t small bad (without going to check, but regardless that’s not something customer service should say), and did make the room change but with a very bad attitude. Next morning at checkout, room service banged on my door very loudly at exactly 11am (checkout time), though I was told late checkout at noon was complementary. I don’t plan to return to this hotel.
