It was centrally located, in a quiet neighborhoods. Surprised there was no breakfast. Didnt expect a shared bsthroom

Thank you Bruce for your feedback. With the living cost increases dramatically, we are unable to provide breakfast while maintaining the same rate. However, breakfast could be provided for extra and with request. Yes, two guest rooms share a bathroom, which is stated on Expedia.

Quiet and Comfortable

This is not comparable to a $200/night hotel. It’s more like staying in someone’s guest room. You share a bathroom and kitchen area with 1 or 2 other guests. You get your own lockable bedroom and your own shelf in the fridge. There is coffee and tea available. It is tidy, the bed was flat and firm, and the hosts are lovely. If you’re looking for a simple, inexpensive place to get a good night’s rest, this is a good choice.

An honest opinion
Posted 16 Oct 2023 on HotelsA nice place with a private entrance …but was not fond of my shoes in the porch it was too cold for them overnight out there. Dishes were not clean enough. No bathmat provided. Believe sheets were clean but too aged for a B & B.

No outside shoes allowed inside room, but there is place inside entrance for outside shoes. A full kitchen provided for guests use only (we have our own kitchen) which is self-service, therefore, guests are responsible for washing their own dishes. Bathmat can be provided when requested. For a reasonable rate as B&B, the status of our facility is reasonable. However, we appreciate your feedback.

Booking was fast. It was a shared bathroom and I didn’t see that noted…it should be very obvious. Breakfast was so so and accommodations minimal.
