We only stayed one night but we were comfortable and we enjoyed the warm breakfast served

The bedside wall lights had been removed and hadn’t been replaced with anything else, consequently there were no reading lights.

Management was horrible. Also, the reception never opened the door you always had to use your card even if they were standing there. They still didn't help. It was my son's birthday. He's autistic. I asked to put a plastic table cloth on the table for breakfast and they refused it. Which wouldn't hurt anybody, and I was willing to do that myself. Just to make his day special, we'll never say a best western again
