This property was BEAUTIFUL! We only stayed one night in between a Rome and Florence and immediately wished we had booked several days. The staff, service, dinner, room, and property was perfect. Everything was so clean and staff will go out of their way to help you! We will be back!

Posted 24 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe facilities are terrific but the hotel staff are without equal. Everyone from the front desk to the team serving breakfast, lunch, or dinner are the best. We felt like the only guests at Villa Sabolini. We have to agree with the others that the food is top notch. We ate lunches and dinners many days and found the experiences delicious. The location of you want to explore Tuscany is perfect as it is central if you’re looking to visit Cortona or Pisa or Florence.

We like to stay more in the country away from the busy spots. This was perfect. We booked a garden view room but they changed it to the hillside view and the view was amazing.

The Villa is located in the countryside, beautiful old historic building, spacious bedroom, modern dining room , delicious food, beautiful decor and fantastic service and view of the countryside. An excellent place to stay

The staff was outstanding.
The rooms are great. Very spacious. Great big bath towels
We were there for 6 days and the chef changed the menu daily.Every meal was fantastic.
Great selections of wines.
It was a very relaxing stay.
I would highly recommend Villa Sabolini 😀
