When I booked the property, it was showing between 11-15min to places like the trevi fountain and colosseum. However, it was much longer than that and we ended up spending so much money on transport that we could’ve saved in other hotels! Even the receptionists told us it was 20-25 min away, so they were aware of the distance. Don’t lie in your description! People book based on location and it’s not ok to get there, trust the information you’ve given and realised it was all lies!!
Toilet was also not cleaned well, you could see they clean only where is visible, so it was also not a good experience having to use that toilet.

Dear Daniela,thank you for spending your time for the review.We are really surprised to be accused as liers: on Expedia we put 15 minutes by car but obviously it's depend by the traffic. If you use Google Maps from us to the city center are 8/10 km depending where you need to go. We never put the information that we are inside the city center and about the position we can only give informations and tickets to go to the city center.About the bathroom we will ask to the housekeeping dept. to han clarification about.Best regards,GiorgioFront office manager

Tv in a room wasn’t working- no pilot in a room , there were only 2 cups in a room for 3 people, very limited coffee and tea added

AC didn't work and it was extremely uncomfortable in the room. Very hard mattress and in an unfriendly part of town

Milk. And auger not topped up each day, neither was soap in bathroom which ran out on last night. Staff nice but rooms tired and bathroom def needs overhaul soon.

The staff was amazing, but the hotel was definitely outdated and not very clean.
