Staff was very nice - close restaurants - easy breakfast - oddly reminded me of a small Vegas hotel I once stayed in. Definitely will stay again next time we are going this way.

Place can use and upgrade.
Overall it was a good stay, I hated the parking having to ring the bell to get in and out of the lot.

Greeted with a smile at check in and given details of services , I was given a lovely clean fresh room and warm all night
Lovely breakfast and good wifi service

Once again I proved to myself that a trip to Spain is worthless, specially Madrid.
I paid 12 Euros more for a room with breakfast, and all I was offered was 1 coffee, 1 orange juice and old croissant; I declined the croissant and asked for another coffee and was told NO. It was a blaming game between Hotels.com and hotel front desk, but no one took ownership that €12 for a coffee and an orange juice is like being robbed on my face, but hey that’s Spain! I also paid €20 for an early check-in to have the housekeeper getting into the room twice, but the room doesn’t provide a Do Not Disturb sign, and hotel would not give me a double bed room unless I’d pay another €5. Terrible experience.

The hotel did not provide tourist attraction service and had to book yourself. Breakfast is very limited in option. But very clean and tidy rooms with beautiful views from window.

Simple hotel
Posted 28 Oct 2019 on HotelsThe hotel facility is quite simple, and on the low end site. Basically there is nothing in the room. No hanger, no soap, no Shampoo, you have to ask for it. Breakfast is quite simple, basically just some breads, but there is hot milk, winning point. Another winning point is free parking. But you have to talk to the front desk first to enter the parking area.
