My vacation was not as enjoyable as it should have been. I paid to stay at the best hotel or so I thought it was but service and staff failed to give what is called GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Needless to say or my next trip I will not stay there or make any other future reservation with Embassy Suites

It’s disappointing that I booked and paid for a king bed only to be told that I was bumped. I book that size for a reason and to be pushed into something that doesn’t accommodate my size results in a restless night. No consideration was given and no alternatives. Instead of offering me a solution I was referred to Expedia since I booked through 3rd party website. This is supposed to enhance the experience, not make it more difficult. As for my room, it’s quite dated and obvious that pets have been in there due to a lingering wet dog odor. Thankfully my disastrous stay is only for 1 night. Embassy suites is no longer on my approved stay list.
