Worn property with no amenities- paper thin ceilings- very poor value for prices they charge- would not considering staying there again- now questioning Marriott standards?

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Really nice touch to welcome HU alumni with goodies for Homecoming. However, we had a roach in our room and the room furniture was very dingy with spots and stains. I definitely did not feel comfortable sitting on the sofa so used it to hold suitcase. There was no coffee table in front of the sofa. Also the room did not have a full length mirror. Literally had to stand on tables to see the other half of my outfit. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to others.

TV didnt work in the room and the gym. Ice machines didnt work on multiple floors. Access reader to gym didnt work. Bistro food was good. The staff was great considering some of the issue .Room was clean. Everything was 5 to 15mins away. Would stay again.. just need to make sure my tv works

We did have to wait several minutes for our room to be ready, but we were compensated by additional Marriott points and free breakfast. Customer service was fantastic!

I never write reviews, but I hope to save someone from experiencing this awful hotel. First, the receptionists acted bothered by the fact they had to check hotel guests in, or acknowledge anyone at all. The room was not cleaned, there was hair and dirt all over the floors/bathroom. There was no hot water in the shower. Ice machines were broken. The walls were paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the hotel. I have no idea how this hotel is rated 3 stars because I wouldn’t even give it 1.

We got to do an early check in around 1 which I loved, I called beforehand! Check in was easy and front desk associate told me how to navigate to my room. Also loved the greeting as soon as you walk in, I believe from the manager. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The staff was great but the hotel is moldy we were on the first floor and the first room we had was like a musty damp basement mold on the ac units and the room stunk. We quickly were given another room this room was better but mold on the walls and in the ac unit it was like sleeping in a tent everything was wet and damp really just a very uncomfortable stay for the price of the hotel. Showers wernt sealed so the water ran onto the floor soaking the bathroom which didnt help how damp and wet the room already was. Again not the staffs fault they were all very nice and accommodating who ever owns this location it needs something i wouldnt suggest staying here due to the mold and wetness of the rooms
