Why is this dated hotel in the VIP list of Expedia?? All the rooms are the same, so there's no rooms to upgrade us to. No early check in, no late check out. Nothing is offered as a perk. Tiles all over the hallways and room are chipped and cracked. "amenities" are of the lowest quality. I was told at Check in my room was not available until 3 pm, and there was "a wait list", meaning probably not even at 3pm. Unfortunately, in that area of Colima there are not a lot of options to chose from. Next time I will try the city center. But this property definitely should not be in the VIP list

IT was a great Hotel. I've stayed there in several occasions for over 15 years.However, they stop having cold and full buffet breakfasts options. Also they start charging for using a tiny little meeting (one round 4 people) room at their very small Business center, without previous warning

the room needs upgrading. Curtains were badly stained. Bed cover had a bad stain. No hand towel, no water glass. Very old room and bathroom. Prices at the restaurant are awful. Super expensive.

No tiene ventanas para ventilar con aire de afuera el cuarto, no sirvió la ventana del baño que saca el vapor y los malos olores la tina de baño no estaba bien limpia, no hay aire acondicionado fuera de las acotaciones ósea en todo el hotel. No desinfectan las mesas de comedor los meseros no usan guantes para servir. Los meseros no son amables ni atentos y son racistas. No hay ventiladores mucho menos aire acondicionado en los comedores etc etc.
