"Beautiful place in a beautiful location. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable, but the best was the service. The hotel staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, specially Davide. "The property and staff are wonderful and it's right in the middle of the Dolomites so hiking is just a matter of walking out the door. There are restaurants, a small grocery store, and playground all easy walking distance.

"Amazing stay at Hotel Cappella! Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Reception and restaurant staff were wonderful. And we also really enjoyed the spa (and the saunas) and our room. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We made a last minute booking to this hotel very late at night and they were able to not just give us a room with separate beds but an upgrade to the one we had booked! Thank you very much! Very spacious, comfortable beds and friendly staff!
Areas of improvements would be the AC and attaching a separate shower head in the bathrooms. My friend mentioned there were issues with the AC and I would have personally appreciated a separate shower head attachment and not solely a fixed overhead shower. There was a slight miscommunication with breakfast timings, we were told breakfast would end at 10:30 (and is also what is stated on the Expedia page) however when we popped down at 10:10, they had already packed up and were told by the catering staff that breakfast ends at 10:00. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating and brought out a few bits and bobs for us to eat.
Overall, had a great stay!
