Very clean room. Nice bedding and towels for a very low price. Plus they allowed my dog for a reasonable price.

Looks a little run down from the outside, but nice, clean room. Friendly and easy check in. We would stay here again.

This was a horrible experience. The place was dirty, no heat or ac and no one to get a hold of because the phone in the room didn’t work. Nowhere to park!!!

Hello. I have 2 notes regarding your stay1) Your card had insuffience funds2) A phone call was made to you to inform you about this.We have wifi so you can email us if there are any issues. It's also increasingly common for hotels not to have expensive phone systems when all or almost all guests have a cell phone. Yes our parking lot is small. The place being dirty and having no heat or AC is false. Wish I could say more but have not heard anything from besides this review.

It may look a little dingy on the outside but the rooms are large and clean and the staff are great. Hotel rooms are hard to come by on football weekends and this is a great affordable alternative.

Thanks for the review. Yeah, our rooms are very cheap (and clean!) compared to others on football weekends. I think they are less than half the normal rate

Unsure the issue here. Guest extended their stay with us as well. Likely just unhappy with the price of a football weekend which got up to 150 per night...this is still about half the cost of nearby hotels.
