Gum nut cottage is lovely. It’s spacious and well set up with everything you need, including a coffee press and pantry staples. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and everything worked. On noisy road, garden unusable, hole in wall papered over, toilet at opposite end of house to bathroom, one toilet and bathroom.Good place to crash after being out all day, way overpriced

Excellent property and a reasonable price and a prime location. Such a wonderful home, so much room with wonderful facilities. We only had 2 but 4 people would be perfect.

The property was good although an odd design. I.e the bathroom is on the opposite side of house to bedrooms accessed via the kitchen.
We used the blanket warmer and portable heater to keep the room warm as we couldn’t get the fireplace started so the rest of the house was cold.
We had to wash and return all used dishes and cutlery to their original location otherwise incur a fee.
It was an old property but well maintained and had everything we needed. Bedroom was comfortable and shower was hot.

The house has a wall mounted reversible air conditioner, HOT and cold air. Often referred to a s a "Heat Pump" in Tasmania. So you should not have been cold. It has the capacity to heat the whole the house.
