"This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very discrete which actually made it feel very safe. It is more like a converted house than a traditional hotel with lobby. Each room has a video doorbell. Room and property very clean, bed very comfortable and all necessary amenities included such as kettle, tea and coffee, smart TV, great shower, air con etc. Great value, very pleasantly surprised would stay again. "

"A good location not far from a few tube stations. Nice area too I felt quite safe coming back late at night. Downside of it being a nice area is they seem to road sweep every morning quite early on! It was a bit noisy but nothing too crazy. "

"Pros: convenient location, very nice and friendly staff. Cons: there was no blackout curtain in the living room and office windows are like 5 feet away looking directly across and in. No privacy when in that living area wasnt my favorite."

"Great little property in a fantastic location. Walking distance to lots of sights and eateries. Only downside was the lack of consideration from other users who appeared to forget that people might sleep at night time. The owners would do well to remind people staying in the apartments that sound proofing is minimal and if coming back at 4am it might be polite to whisper etc. "

"Beautiful room with tons of natural light that feels more like your own flat than a hotel room. Functional kitchen, washer/drier in room (which we struggled with but I think it was more user error, drier took FOREVER to dry clothes), and the even included some amazing snacks, water, and tea for our stay. Very comfortable, tons of modern touches. Great walkable location close to the underground, tons of restaurants, i could go on and on. Perfect home for our week in London. "

"I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"Very happy overall.. A doormat would be such a good addition as it seemed a great shame to walk in with wet/ dirty shoes on the CLEAN tiled flooring. Lack of natural daylight in my room did not worry me, but may be significant for some. Everyone so very helpful & welcoming. "

Pleasant mid-price stay

"Lovely Art Deco lobby, alert, friendly staff and relatively quiet room (facing the park which has busy roads surrounding it). Our room was compact but beautifully fitted out, very clean and the twin beds were super comfortable - if a little too hot. The breakfast area is very large and a bit gloomy but the food, although expensive, was varied and frequently replenished by the staff. In all, a pleasant stay."
