Westlands lodge was dirty and smelly, the kitchen was particularly dirty, the bedding was stained, one blanket had crusts of what looked like blood, it had not been laundered. Did not offer value for money and did not feel Covid Safe. I had to clean on our arrival in order to feel that it was an acceptable level of hygeine for myself and my family. Information at the lodge was outdated, we had a problem with the smoke alarm and were unable to contact anyone. Very dissatisfied with the response of the property management when we raised these issues.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry but the property was thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay. With regard to the smoke alarm, it clearly states on the alarm itself how to remove it to remove the battery. Had you raised the issues when you were at the property we would have responded.
