Overall a good stay, but the mattress was too firm. Woke up everyday with a sore back.

Bathroom was clean and updated. Comfy bed. The lady that ran the breakfast area was super! Very friendly and accommodating.
The rug in our room needs to be replaced. It’s icky. Also, room service posted that they were coming by every other day, but they never came.

The carpet was stained and pretty gross.
The toilet paper holder fell apart.
The door into the room would not seal, air could be seen.
The sink in the bathroom was tiny.
The toilet was so low it was painful to sit down and get up.

There WiFi had no internet for 2 days and I reported it. They have an excellent breakfast and the serving staff at the breakfast were amazing!
