Easy assess from I 70. Looked like there were shopping options, although we didn't do any shopping. Area around hotel was clean. Seemed to be safe.

First the room smelled like an old smoking room. The deadbolt didn’t work and one of the trash cans wasn’t emptied.

Arrived to find desk clerk sitting with another male in lobby with bare feet. Had to put his sandals on to walk over to us. There are NO ELEVATORS. Had to downgrade from a king to a double bed room because of elevator issue (torn meniscus prevents stairs). Got in the room to find the fridge off, which wouldn’t be an issue for most, but if you travel with insulin, it’s a huge deal. Bathtub had a brown ring around the drain. Bed offered no support and felt like sleeping in a half blown up inflatable canoe on a trampoline. As a Days Inn fan, this was a severe let down. Will never stay here again.

Front desk staff were amazing and super kind to our daughter who was traveling alone after her car broke down in Colby... She was pretty distraught after learning that her car was unfixable, we booked her the room, she checked in and accidentally left her debit card at the front desk. Daniel called to let me know that it was safe, and are hot it back... Thankfully they were watching out for her, or insult would've been added to injury. They also allowed for a late checkout for her. Thank you, Daniel!!

Well my flight from Miami to Denver was delayed 11 hours, therefore i missed a night, i never arrived to the property until the following day, knce i informed management about my plight, my night was refunded back too my card i was allowed to sleep that whole day, and only charged from the nights forward. So i will always stay at this property and will recommend it too others, they went above and beyond from my family and I, and we are grateful 🙏.
