NO HOT WATER in my room no one looked at it said i should have hot water should have got the rooms free for taking COLD SHOWERS FOR 2 DAYS.

There were flies all over the place to the point where some guests were coming in carrying fly swatters they had just purchased. Also, there were flocks of birds in the trees in the parking lot and many cars were covered with bird droppings.
