Staff dont apeak a lot of English, and if you ask for something using Google translate to help you (our TV didnt work the entire time we stayed) its impossible to get that sorted as they don't seem to want to. "The manager was helpful, and the room was beautiful. However, there was no heat and the temperature dropped into the 40’s in the night and didn’t get above 58 in the day. The mattress was hard as a rock. Also, hotels.com represented this hotel as being 3.5 miles from either the Sintra train station or the national palace (I forget which one I settled on), but in reality it was 10 miles away from anything.
