Superb knowledgeable staff. Many great dining options in squares and pedestrian malls nearby.

When we checked In, they didn't have the room that we had pre-paid for. They placed us in a very nice room on the second night, effectively requiring us to move rooms in the middle of our stay. We will not be staying at the Oslo again as we cannot trust that they will have the room that we book.

Hotel Oslo is perfectly located to see all of the sights of Coimbra. Caudrigo (sorry unsure of spelling) on reception was so helpful. He gave us a map and told us the best places to visit, and recommend a couple of really good restaurants. We upgraded to a room with a balcony and city views which was lovely. The roof top bar had lovely views and the breakfasts were good. It is on quite a busy road, but this is probably unavailable being this close to the centre and near the railway station.

Nice hotel with very informative and helpful staff. We upgraded to a room with a better view. Rooms are a little tired and small, but comfortable and quiet.

The shower room is much too small. No coffee maker, water boiler or any other similar appliances were provided.

We spent one night to explore Coimbra, and enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We appreciated having access to a parking garage and being able to leave our car there after check out so that we could continue to explore. The room was small, but well-appointed. The view from the terrace at night is wonderful and breakfast had a good selection. Overall, a good experience.
