- We didn't receive any check-in info prior to arriving. Check in code didn't work until we were given a new one.
- Upon arrival, we were allotted a single room instead of two, and bed sizes were incorrect.
- There were no toiletries.
When I communicated to Ana, I was asked " why I didn't tell all these things to the cleaning person" when I had the chance. That is not my job nor theirs. The location is good but it is so hard to find because there is only a smal piece of paper stating it is Casa de Baixa.

Could be so nice but...
Posted 23 Jun 2022 on HotelsThe property is not convenient for drivers. Not sure where anyone can drop off bags without walking a couple hundred yards, even from a cab. The elevator is on the second floor so you had to haul the bags up a flight.
On the high side, the location is excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

None existent WiFi. We were given an SSID which did not show. The city wide MEO network showed and connected but no internet access.

Great location and comfy studio type room. Good water pressure and very clean.
Drawbacks: thin walls so you can hear noisy neighbors. Also GPS does not give accurate directions and hotel does not give accurate info about parking. Spent an hour circling the city to find hotel and parking.

Charming, clean hotel in the center of Coimbra
Posted 27 Aug 2021 on HotelsVery clean hotel, conveniently located on a pedestrian street, in the heart of Coimbra. Communication was excellent -- we were sent room access codes, making check-in completely seamless.
