We have booked 2 rooms online, both rooms were not cleaned, red marks on the bed sheets, bathrooms were not cleaned, colored marks on the comforter, cigarette smoke smell on the room (booked non smoking room), free breakfast was offered while booking and the front desk says they cannot offer, free wi-fi was offered and there was no free wi-fi
