The receptionist was not professional, anyone that sits around twirling their hair should probably not be the greater of guest. She did not ask any questions about the room choice or desires. The Room, on the second floor, had a view of ONLY the roof top. The rooms have older carpet, furniture and mattress.

Presentation of property is very nice. Associate who checked us in was very personable, yet professional. Room is very nice, clean & quiet.

Quiet room. No traffic noise. Like the checkout at noon. Bottled waters given out. Staff professional and gave detailed pertinent information. Beds and pillows comfortable.
