Booked and paid for two nights. Arrived a day late at the hotel.
My room was sold to someone else and l had to be rehoused in a near-by poor quality B&B with no TV,no fridge and no wifi.
It was terrible, one of my worst experience.

Posted 4 Feb 2024 on HotelsThis hotel was a little hidden gem for me - and within my budget when accommodation around the area had skyrocketed because of AFCON.
They cleaned my room daily, changed my sheets and towels and were extremely friendly. Croissants and team were offered every morning.

Each time I visit Abidjan I always stay here .I love this Hotel warm friendly people. I Highly recommend staying here.

Les chambres sont confortables malgré la vetusté des lieux. Le personnel est accueillant et avenant. Je recommande au gerant de diversifier le menu du ptit dej, de trouver le moyen d'erradiquer les ptits cafards dans les chambres (ex. Sensibiliser les clients sur la bonne tenue des chambres, acquerir les bons produits en poudre pour les eradiquer). Sinon, notre sejour a été agreable

Sauf que j'ai passé 3 jours sans prendre mon petit déjeuner par faute d'informations 😔 mais bon
