The incessant telephone calls for timeshare sales to become a member of the timeshare was intrusive.

The outside pool area was fantastic, activity deck playing music was great! As well as the type of music playing. It varied as just wasn’t all pop, loved the 90’s rock that was in there! The tiki bar was a huge plus as well and Summer the bartender! She shared all kinds of local places to see, eat and made the best drinks. Hats off to her!
My only complaint was they ran out of sand necklaces for the kids on the one activity. I guess just being more prepared, both of mine as well as others didn’t get to participate bc of that. Kids have bigger feelings..

Honestly, the place doesnt look like the photos. This was an old motel that has been renovated poorly. The rooms themselves and the splash pad were great(however, the beds are extremely uncomfortable)....but the only food option is the bar where you'll receive extremely overly priced food you cant even stomach. We were made very uncomfortable by several staff members for being part of the LGBTQIA community and accessing anything was very inconvenient. There are no elevators, so you have to get your luggage up 2 flights of stairs if you're on the 2nd level. Highly dont recommend. In no way, shape, or form do I consider this to be a "resort".

A lot of activities during the day for the kids to do. Pool, splash pad & the lazy river were really nice as well for the kids.

Too much self service. There were a number of insects in the room. And a stale smell in the kitchen. The suite floors were very dirty.
