Was advertised as ocean front balconies. Not even close !

Fast, easy check in. Nice amenities on site. Close to the beach. A perfect place for a pre cruise stay.

At about 10 PM the people in the next room we’re having a terrible fight slamming doors throwing things against the wall screaming for ever so I called the front desk and let them know that I was calling them or else I might need to call the police, fearing somebody was being harmed. The manager came up and left with the female but then after we got to sleep at 12:30 AM, it all started over again. My family and I hardly slept all night and were concerned for our safety. We didn’t get any sleep. Will never stay in this hotel again.

We provide 24 hour a day staff service at both the front desk, maintenance and security. We would have gladly addressed the issue with your neighboring room at any time day or night.
