Freshly painted with updated cupboards, tub surround, light fixtures. Able to park right outside your front door. If you have a car, you have great access within 5-10 minutes to grocery, shopping and the pier. Easy access to the beach. Helpful communication for check in. Nice to have laundry access. A perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway or an extended vacation. Very clean and welcoming studio, beach is literally across the street, grill out front of each unit, laundry room available, kitchen is well stocked with items needed to cook. Highly recommend and for sure will be booking again soon.

We enjoyed Coco Sands very much. It was our second time staying. It's very close to the beach and pefect size for a couple's getaway. The parking was a little tight as we drive a truck and felt that we may have been blocking the car in spot 4, but it seemed to work out. Great place to stay if you want brach time!
