Hotel needs an update. Great location, nice pool and it is convenient having a bar/food onsite.

We checked into our room and there is A roach in the bathroom. We headed back to front desk with our luggage and staff was apologetic. Assigned a different room..make our way there elevator is broken and key didn’t work. We had Heavy luggage and needed assistance to get them up. This place is definitely an outdated, run down motel. Pool area was cool. That is all

They called me when I was at the Orlando airport and passed out I was and I said we're going in our Uber and I'll be there in an hour and we were able to get our room at 11:00 in the morning instead of waiting till 3:00. Great place friendly people

The front desk associate was kind and accommodating, but overall, the hotel fell short of expectations. The property felt a little run down, with some items in the room appearing rusty and outdated. Additionally, it was not beachfront as advertised, which was disappointing. While it wasn't a terrible stay, it didn’t meet the standards I was hoping for.
