"Excellent service from Ilknur, Nehe and team. Could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. From check in to check out very professional throughout. Room was warm, clean and quiet with a good selection of toiletries, teas, coffees, biscuits etc. Breakfast was also very good and reasonably priced. Have used this hotel several times and appreciate the benefit of the car park, with the tube 5 mins walk away it is a big bonus and so easy to get around. Will definitely return. "

"So this is a hotel at a service station - it’s cheap, clean and I found it to be comfortable. The rooms are fairly basic but have everything you need - there were some bits that were a little rough around the edges - the taps kinda looked like they’d been through the wars but the shower worked, the heater worked and all in all, decent enough for a cheap hotel near London. The staff deserve a big mention - very polite and helpful, a credit to their company."

"My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary as we wanted to be out and about in London. I was greeted by friendly, warm staff, excellent customer service. The rooms were small but clean & comfortable, TV worked fine, the heater was hoooot and lovely on a cold night. We were greeted leaving & coming in, it felt safe. We parked overnight for £10 It was a good experience, we would use them again "
