Clean room with private bath. Had to ask for more than one towel, but it was delivered quickly. No place in the bathroom to put accessories (very small sink and no shelves). Shower curtain cut at the level of bathtub causing leakage. Our main complaint was high traffic noise throughout Saturday night. However, location on the prado provided walkable access to many stores and restaurants.

Poor Customer Service

They charged me an additional Bs 100 because I had a friend visit me a couple hours, which then they proceeded to tell me that if it was more than 10 minutes that’s what they charge. I overstayed an additional 6 hours and they prorated the stay and that is fair, but the others charge I find it to be absurd. Very unpleasant a non professional staff
