Es un robo nunca me llegó confirmación y me cobraron nunca se pusieron en contacto conmigo y no sabía q estaba confirmada la reserva

Estimada Sra. Viviana,Lamentamos que utilice un medio para informar a posibles clientes sobre la calidad de nuestro establecimiento durante su estadia. No podemos permitir que debido a su falta de comunicacion con su intermediario, arruine la imagen de nuestra empresa. Usted se presento en el Hotel dias posteriores a su ingreso en el Hotel, solicitando que modifiquemos la fecha de ingres, le comunicamos como corresponde que todos los cambios los debe realizar a traves de la plataforma, posteriormente usted coloca este comentario sin sentido, dado que usted nunca realizo la reserva directa con el Hotel, nosotros a usted no le cobramos un solo centavo, sino que de acuerdo a contrato cobramos segun las facturas a Expedia.comPor favor le sugerimos que de acuerdo a su reserva con Expedia pueda resolver su problema, y no desprestigiar a nuestra empresa, que no incumplio en absoluto el contrato, su habitacion estaba lista en la fecha reservada y fue usted la que no llego al Hotel en esa fecha!

In the third room she was finally given on the night she checked in, that is, because the first two were so dirty, including the carpet and bedding with hairs, etc., she found a hole in the floor big enough for someone to crawl through in the bathroom! But by then she was tired of switching rooms and covered it with a trashcan and put a glass on top in case someone tried to move it from underneath she would be able to hear the glass break. Needless to say, she didn't sleep well that night, which is why she checked out the next day and canceled the rest of her reservation.

Sorry for the room change, we had troubles that day with water and we tried to give you an equal room as your reservation. About the "hole" you mentioned on your review, we did not find any hole or anything like that, so we think you maybe magnify the problems, due to the room changes! We offer you an apologize for your bad experience, but we couldnt find any hole as you mentioned!Best regards,

Its like a movie! Everything looks like time never passed! We enjoy it so much and had an incredible massage by Daniela at the spa

Claims to be a 4 star property, it is far from it. The hotel rooms have not been updated for at least 50 years. Smoking is common place in the rooms. There is no fan in the bathroom There is no one in the hotel who speaks English. The pictures are very deceptive. On the other side. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good.

Comfortable room with air-con, good sized room and bathroom, really friendly helpful staff, decent options for breakfast, convenient location for town centre.
