Room service when made an enquiry in the evening unfortunately was going to be over 90 minutes

I normally state at the Premier Inn at Cobham but it was full, so thought I'd try the Hilton.
First shock was they charge you £8 a night for the privilege of parking in their car park; now I can live with city centre hotels doing this, but this is a country hotel and therefore just a budget airline style rip off.
However, the biggest issue was the power failure that left my room without water in the bathroom; I had to attend an important family event unshowered and unshaved. When I enquired about some level of refund, I was told the manager would contact me, they never have.

Low standard for a Hilton - no water, noisy, events style hotel

Booked for my parents. They enjoyed their stay but were annoyed by some hidden charges. Parking being the main one. Prices on the menu could also be made more clear.
