The doors to the outside did not work. Could go out could not come in. There were people screaming and slamming doors from 11:15 pm to 2:45 am. The front desk would not answer the phone or address the problems. The staff I dealt with were miserable. I was having trouble with Expedia and called to make the reservation through the hotel. Some guy told me I had to make it through him, the price was $80 more, get finished giving info - oh that rooms not available and added $30 more. For a total of $290. I got back on Expedia and had the same room for $183 immediately. There was a gentleman that came in, had a reservation through Expedia and was turned away because they had a walk in immediately before him and was able to charge them "your" increased price. We travel frequently and this is the worst experience that we have ever had in past 10 years. The reason we chose this hotel was because you accepted pets.

This property is definitely worth the stay! I will say I did not really understand if there was free breakfast or not with our room. The website needs to update timing for breakfast and times for when the pool area is open or closed. Other than that our stay was great!

Loved the aesthetic of the hotel and the layout of the room rocked but I am so sensitive to beds and this one was rough.
