Only challenge we had is we got there at 10 PM restaurant was closed. Snack area was ridiculously small and very expensive.

Not friendly hotel crue and customer service. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the way they treat the guests from other countries.

When we got there the rooms were the wrong rooms they put me in a handicap room I was very unhappy it was a waste of money I feel that I should get compensated for it

Once we entred they gave us cookies and waters which no other hotel has done! Such a nice place to stay.

The place was great except there was a 4 inch cockroach in our bathroom at one point that caused my friend to scream. I still got a pic of the roach if staff wants to see it.
