"Front desk worker was awesome. But smelled horribly from smoke outside front doors, and inside . Elevator very dirty and felt like was going to break made loud clanging noise. "Beautiful facility and secured wonderfully. Extra charges not described on Hotels.com. Communication is horrible. Hard to get it. Email arrived 2 hours late. Beds and couch leave some to be desired. Pillows are horrible. Lamp flickers."
