Simple and practical with a fair price. Only complaint is we are early risers and restaurant didn’t open until 8am. However, food was good.

Hotel needs a renovation but comfortable and people are pleasant and the price was fair.

I don't like the fact I needed to leave early in the morning and there was no way to checkout

Hi Greg - thank you for your review. We are not a 24 hour desk and give all reservations that information up front. We are a smaller property and do not have the staff to be there prior to 8am. Check outs are processed promptly and guests receive their confirmation and payment information prior to 11am the morning of check out. We are very sorry that this does not meet your approval, but it is our process. Thank you for staying with the Coaldale Inn and hope to see you again!

The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. It is an older property and it seems to be well maintained. The restaurant food was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and had good portions. The beds were comfortable. The 2 comments I have are the bathroom fan needs a little bit of TLC, needs to be vacuum as it was full of dust and management needs to replace the shower head. It is very old and it would have been nice to have different options on the shower head as it was suck on one mode. It would not move at all. Otherwise it was clean and staff very friendly.

Thank you for your very kind review. We have already had maintenance in the room to clean the fan and adjust the showerhead. We are an older property and do try to counter that with fantastic staff, cleanliness and great food. We hope to see you again!

Yes, Joanna, we are an older motel. We do make up for it with exceptional service, great food and a clean environment. There are many newer hotels in the Lethbridge area that may be more appealing to you. Thank you for taking the time to post a review we appreciate it.
