"I suspect this is a totally refurbished Communist-era hotel but it has been refurbished magnificently. It is just over the river from the Central Park and just below the wooded Belvedere, creating a quiet, almost non-urban setting. It is an easy 10 minute walk to all the sights in Cluj and there is a bus stop with a goodconnection to the train station just beside the main entrance. Breakfast was sumptuous and generous too."

When I went down to use them I was informed they were 'out of service' - no indication had been given prior to my arrival or even at check-in.
