We reached the property at around 1.00 am and the person at the reception did not have our booking. This is despite showing the confirmation email from Expedia about the booking. Finally after a while he managed to retrieve the booking which took about 30-45 Mts. The check-in process could have been much simpler and hassle free.

Very nice, clean and very good food. Hotel staff and the owner are nice.

Great hotel!

Nice hotel-clean and well appointed interior.Rooms with modern decor.Nice breakfast.The biggest drawback is the location-it is nearly 5km from the centre of Cluj Napoca.

I am so happy you appreciate our taste in décor. We have tried our best and it is wonderful every time our guests love it. Regarding our location, I agree with you it is not city center. However, it offers unique views, noise free rooms and fresh air. Next time you book with us, make sure you ask the Reception for a cab, it will take you to city center in a few minutes and your car (if any) can rest in our parking lot for free.
