The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure you were good. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is good and walkable to the main area and restaurants. The only thing I don't recommend is their pizza they serve at the bar. They have pizza 24/7, and we order it for dinner because we’re too tired to go out and it was served ice cold. It seemed like it was a frozen pizza and they put it in the microwave for not long enough. So it didn’t taste good at all. Other than that everything else was good!

Great place!
Posted 25 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe hotel offered such quick and efficient check in and out. It was great to see that one of the staff spoke Spanish too! Her name was Vanda, and she was amazingly cordial. She even shared the name of an excellent restaurant nearby, which was such a treat since it was also my birthday that day.
The room was very clean, and the washroom was ecofriendly with the toiletries. I usually don’t use hotel toiletries but these ones were quite good.
The gym was small and had both cardio and strength options. It would have been good for there to be a fan since it did get quite hot.
The breakfast was very well done and offered a great deal for various dietary needs. It would have been nice to have lactose free milk available too.

Excellent friendly staff here
