The smell of Chlorine in the room was so bad I got a headache and did not get any sleep.. There was nobody downstairs in the lobby when I went to ask about another room. No pick up when I called to check out nor was there anyone when I left in the morning around 6am

There was an initial issue with the keycard, but after that was quickly resolved, enjoyed a great stay. Thank you.

Area was reasonably quiet and felt safe. Had a decent breakfast, would stay here again
