  • Whoever said don't feed the animals never met this guy. Weeds, grass, or even fingers (Almost!!!), anything that fit in his mouth he would chomp down on. Hillcrest park had its 3rd annual family fun day, always the closest Saturday to the start of summer, and all admission was free! The park, zoo, and splash pad (great for the 100 degree weather we got), were all open to the public. Free tacos too. Bet this tortoise would've chomped down on those too.

We had to switch rooms because of a misunderstanding about having our room cleaned because the cleaning staff didn’t speak english. The train noise was constant where it was hard to sleep. Front desk service was very nice and friendly. We came almost 1500 miles and was very disappointed in the place, but once we did get our roon cleaned, it was cleaned properly.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere for a lower budget hotel. Very nice fountains and courtyard and staff was very kind. Room was clean enough. Amenities were a bit lack luster though. My tub didn't work for a bath because it was broken. The room had a fridge but no freezer. TV was a bit old and remote was quite dirty. Breakfast was definitely not worth it.

Exceeded expectations

Awesome play to stay. I was traveling with my daughter-in-law, 4 year-old- granddaughter and dog. After a 12-hour drive, this was a welcome sight to see. Pets stay free, and they gave him a treat bag. The beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

This is an older hotel originally was a Holiday Inn. It is a nice place to stay. Room was huge, bed very comfortable and the area quiet. The bar was great with a very friendly bartender.
