Disappointing over night stay

Over hyped and under whelmed
Posted 30 Mar 2023 on HotelsThe hotel was under going repiars during our stay, including the being out of action. The sink in the bath room was badly cracked. The room was constantly uncomfortablely warm. There is no control of the room temperature. We had to leave the window open the entire time to reduce the temperature. Parking was chaotic at best. The overall lay out of the hotel is poor. To attend the gym is a workout in of itself. Once there the gym is ill equipped and frankly unsafe. The Spa is difficult to book into and couldn't offer the treatment that was requested.
The food while excellent took a while to come out and more over often the orders where significantly wrong. Staff lack training and professionalism.
The natural beauty cannot be underestimated. The beaches are absolutely stunning.
Overall for the price chaged it is not worth it. Disappointed.
