The property was very tired and room was terrible, you could write your name in the dust in the bedroom, carpet in the room need a good clean and vacuum, chairs in the dining room had holes in them, one good point was the breakfast really good, but no way is this a 3star guest house , breakfast staff very nice but would never stay here again

Bed uncomfortable, didnt sleep well. Building is tired needs cleaning decorating and an uplift. Great location

Excellent service from getting there til leaving.
It was our 2nd visit, but it won't be our last.

The 2 staff ladies friendly and she cooked me tastly hot, no fuss ,wholesome food breakfast .
Only need to put extractor works again in bathroom as inclosed, no window ,
very comfy and warm room, happy traveller .
