The valet parking staff were amazing. They were all super friendly and helpful. Checking in took a long time as they were very busy. Got a jaccuzi room with a view. The view of both falls was superb. The room was not cleaned well. There was a bunch of (private part) hairs in the jacuzzi and shower. Called from desk and they said they would send someone, but no one ever came. Had to clean it myself. The hotel is easy walking to so many restaurants and activities. Ordered room service for breakfast. They said it would take 35 to 45 minutes cause they were busy. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get and i had to call twice to see if it waa coming at all. When it did come it was ice cold. 2 plates of food and it cost $96.and it was cold. When i checked out i told the front desk about it all he did is say he would tell the manager about it. Didn't offer me anything what so ever. Would most likely never stay here again.

No bath robs were there. No toiletries were available. They should do it better. But I’m never coming back to this hotel again. Way to expensive and basic things weren’t provided

Very nice stay! Good View, nice and close to everything.. Only Draw back was Valet, they handed me my key and told me have a good day... Had no idea where the car was.
