Unfortunately the sauna was out of order, the only vending machine was out of order, and the hot tub had been filled in. On New Year’s Day I would’ve expected that they’d extend their “free hot breakfast buffet” to later than 9:30am but no, no breakfast available after 9:30. Our toilet kept getting clogged, they had no room service available, and the carpet in our room was stained. The staff were all very friendly though!

they didnt pick the call at first and then washrooms aren’t clean. towels had hair and a little weird smell is in the room. and then there is no water service and its paid if they even have it.

Enjoyed the stay, but found the property rather basic and in need of a fresher look. Furniture tired looking ,as was the bathroom, no refrigerator in room.
Elevators small and basic also.
