Location is great, very nice hotel.However, when we checked in we were not told the water was off. I realize things happen but they should have told us when we got there. Gave us the option to ho elsewhere.

I was greeted by three friendly staff members as soon as I arrived and was checked in promptly. The room was spotless and comfortable.

My stay this time was quite disappointing. The hot water supply to the bathroom sink was turned off and multiple requests at the front desk did not correct the issue. The carpet looked quite dingy with multiple spots cut out and repaired (poorly), and should have been replaced long ago. Also, the room door was so difficult to close that I had to push it shut with my shoulder. Otherwise, the room would have been quite nice. When I previously stayed at this location 2 months ago I had no issues, so you may need some luck on which room you get. Personally, I don't plan to return to this hotel.

Overall the place was nice overall but could use a little maintenance. There were a few bulbs out in our room and the 2 remotes didn't turn on any of the TVs. More importantly, however, the bathroom door handle was broken and frequently we couldn't get out from inside. (worst was when I wasn't in the room and the front desk had to open the room so I could let my wife out,) Understandable however, the issue was not fixed when they said it would be.
The couch in our room was a bit worn out and not very comfortable.
Area around the place is nice and full of stores and many places to eat. Easy drive into downtown Cleveland

This was our third time staying at this Wyndham in Avon OH. We went there for a weekend getaway and again had another good stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly.

Easy fadt checkin. Walked to an excellent restaurant. Busy area but the hotel is quiet
