The location was perfect, very low interaction with staff. The cost for the stay did not match with how the facility presented. The room was cold, there was a crust of dirt around the shower and very dusty curtains and items within the room. I will stay again because of the location to the hospital, but there should be more care put into the cleanliness of this property.

The staff were outstanding! The parking in the hotel lot was plentiful and felt safe. The proximity to CWRU was important to us.

Very good accommodation. It appears to be a need for shower grouting in room 1061, if I recall correctly. Other wise a very good 👍 selection to stay.
