We booked our room through Expedia. Don’t fall for the same trap if prompted to pay additional fees for breakfast. We did, only to find out the hotel hasn’t offered breakfast since 2019. Our stay at the hotel otherwise was fine. The room was clean, but showed its age. There were pet stains in a few places on the carpet and some big splash stains on the curtains. For the price, we weren’t expecting a five star hotel so it was just fine and convenient for what we were doing in Cleveland.

We booked this last minute when we needed another night closer to home, but couldn’t get all the way home. It was so nice to have a full kitchen space and a living room area separate from the beds. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be renting another! Great price for a small ‘apartment style’. I’ll be looking for similar in the future!

My unit 613 needs a complete overhaul as the carpet is stained, ripped, torn, the furniture all stained and torn, curtains are stained, the range hid fan wouldn't turn off I had to flip the breaker off to turn off, the unit was very drafty from the fireplace and not all lights were working.

My room was dirty, wasnt clean . I had to wait to get another room, other the that everything was fine.

Terrible experience! We are not high-maintenance people and never changed a room but this hotel room smelled awful like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. We found dirt and hair in the bathroom/sink. The linens looked suspecious. We arrived at night planning to stay 4 nights but left the hotel first thing in the morning. The staff were not very helpful despite offering to change the room but we did not trust the hotel anymore after chatting with them. When we asked for a refund for the rest of the duration, they refused and didn't even offer partial refund any kind of compensation. Definitely would not recommend staying there!

Light and fan in living room did not work. Other than that, all was perfect??
