I secured and prepaid the room. It was for my grandsons birthday. Upon check in the wanted me to send my drivers license s photo credit card info.After a hour they had changed desk clerk my grandson went back up and said all his information is in your email.the new clerk said that’s crazy it’s prepaid all she had to do was mark him as guest he was checked in 10 minutes later. The coffe maker in the room had teabags and mold in it. It was noise and illegal activity was taking place, I’ll never book a Ramada again

Nice for a quick trip for a concert! Didn’t know their was a pool so did not have stuff to swim wish that was advertised more and other guests we loud talkers but not hotels fault that they were so loud in hall at 1am!! Would stay again if passing through Cleveland again!

I went to take a shower and after letting the water run for about 5 minutes , it was still luke warm ! And before that the first suite that I was in , did not have heat or a working TV. Very inconvenient to pack up from one room and move to another!!

Thank you so much my Son and I had an Amazing Night in Cleveland!! I finally got him to lake Erie thanks for being such a safe place for us during our visit! Shout out to the Excellent Friendly Staff Members for accommodating us for the Night, most definitely will be back again!! #octoberflowersgardensofbliss

So this is my third or fourth time being here And each time is different. Being in housekeeping I look at the stay differently then most guests. 1. The rooms I were in was clean for the most part with the exception of the tubs, and the my last stay toys and other miscellaneous items were left in the dresser but other then that it was clean. 2.its my personal opinion that the pool should stay open later for adults. 3. The breakfast is heartbreaking I appreciate the thought, but come on guys put a lil more effort into the decisions you make choosing the items. Overall, the area is nice and quiet with plenty of things to do around the area. Just wish they would complete renovations. Dont let the dim lights scare you away

It would be easier to list the things that weren't wrong with this location. Both rooms they showed us were disgusting and had blood on the carpet and mattresses. the bathtub was full of mud and the second room's tub was disintegrating and moldy. The hallways are dimly lit, the carpet is shredded and stained with blood, and reeks of black mold. The parking lot was genuinely dangerous. There was a homeless man wandering the premises of the lot and there was no lighting other than the hotel entrances. When we returned to the lobby, the general manager was rude, told us we were overreacting, and refused a refund. It was genuinely the worst customer service I have ever had at a hotel.
