Kept my $100 deposit saying the room smelled of smoke but I don’t smoke. There was absolutely no smoking in the room. The bath tub wouldn’t drain. They claim to have laundry facility but there are only two washers and are always full.

So quiet! I've stayed at the Crown Plaza before and it was so loud. I will pick MainStay Suites again and again.

If you’re going to charge me for an extended stay property, you better stock it. 2 cups, 2 bowls 2 of each silver ware. No cooking utensils, no dish soap, one dishwasher pod, or dish cloth for 4 days. Know you deal with theft but you had my credit card for deposit. Drove up and saw evicted people on side with belongings piled up Our unit was partially cleaned but door on stove ripped off, fridge top dirty, some stocked supplies not washed. stove dirty. Beds comfy and linens clean. Great to have two rooms, both had tvs, furniture in main room good. Staff was receptive but I don’t want to have to asked for things. Stock an extended stay for out of town folk. Visiting for a week and needed to cook. Couldn’t do that
