An old property but this might not be fair as I understand this property is going to be totally renovated and converted to a Royal Sonesta soon. Very few people stayed in hotel so the Internet works great. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent with bus stop for 55 Cleveland line to downtown taking about 60 min. The hotel also has shuttle to airport. There are Walmart, Target, a mall food court within walking distance. Overall the property is old (but with 1980s-1990s nostalgic feel) but the stay is pleasant. Before I forgot great American breakfast every morning with eggs, hash browns, sausages, bacon and waffles.

I called the day before and was told there would be a free shuttle from the airport. When I called the morning I landed, I was told there was no shuttle option. Staff on the phone was short with me and the room and amenities were dirty and falling apart (rusting of various areas, substantial carpet stains, carpet coming undone, cracked tile, dirty overall).
